I want to use some icon in png format in my template that I'm currently designing. I want to sell this template to themeforest. Can I do that ? Is there any license violation ?

I'll keep attribution if I'm allowed.

That would depend on the icon pack you're going to use; an the way you're going to use them in your theme. In the library tab you can find a license link per icon pack.
