Getting error on importing the ice project in GGTS - Native2Ascii

I am running the instance with following details:

1. Windows 7 - 64 Bit
2. Java 1.7.75
3. Grails 2.2.1
4. Groovy Compiler 2.3
5. Gradle 2.3

I got the zip from github and started importing the ice project in GGTS(3.6.3.SR1). 
This is the error what I got from the IDE:

The tries what I did:

1. Changed the JRE variable to point to jdk
2. and also in buildconfig.groovy inserted a variable to disable it : grails.enable.native2ascii = false
   

Please shed some light.
