WS 3.5.5 Startup Failure

I shutdown and restarted my Windows 2000 WS server and now I can't start the
WS service. Can anyone point me in the right direction. The error in the
tracefile is:

I restored from an image backup I had made.

Same thing happened after the restore.
I completely reinstalled using an Oracle database for the config db.
It looks like everything I've read about InstantDB is true.....

Steve,

I got the same problem with NT 3.5 advanced edition.It was working
yesterday and i did some research with my networking setting and some
other operarating systems stuff i changed and after that it stopped
working and givig this message.

Help me if you resolve this.
