Portal Test Envinronment Error - WSAD 5.1.2 Portal Toolkit 5.0.2.2

I have installed :
WSAD 5.1.2
Portal Toolkit 5.0.2.2

I get the following error when I try to run the Portal Test Environment for a simple basic portlet :
(Any idea what I should do ? Your help will be greatly appreciated)

I figured out the problem. I was using a "$" character in my project directory name which was causing this problem.

After moving my project to another directory (without any $ character) everything is working fine.

Would you mind sharing how did you get the portal toolkit 5.0.2.2 installed? It supposed to come with WSAD 5.1.2, but I could not find it. Please help.

The toolkit is on another CD/media image that comes with WSAD 5.1.2.
