Try to telnet to globaldev1.global-seguros.pt on port 8881
If you manage to do the connection, then it means you need to configure a
file called soap.client.props
It has entries for username/password that you need to set
com.ibm.SOAP.securityEnabled=true
com.ibm.SOAP.loginUserid=
com.ibm.SOAP.loginPassword=
Restart server1 and try then.
