DynaCache JNDI Issue

Hi All,
We are trying to implement DynaCache feature for one of our portlet application.
We used a link published in IBM to Retrieving URL parameters from JSR 168 portlets

We configured the steps as shown in the article and We are running into issues with JNDI.
In this article I able use the servlet filter and load the request parameters into DistributedCacheMap
But in portlet while lookup the DistributedCacheMap thru JNDI, getting Error.

at sun.reflect.NativeConstructorAccessorImpl.newInstance0(Native Method)

If anyone has experienced the same issue,please provide your valuable thoughts.
