WebSphere Portal v5.1 starts but with "dbc/JCRDS" erros

After transferring database from cloudscape to DB2 for WebSphere Portal
v5.1.0.1, I get following errors during starting WebSphere_Portal in
SystemOut.log file. Has any one seen this error before?

I have verified that I can make a test connection to all the WebSphere
Portal databases from the WebSphere admin cosole.
