WAS 4.0 + Fix 2 dose not startup , Sunsolaris8 oracle8i IBMHTTP

installation passed without any error ,
At the firs time when i run startupserver , I get error about "can not
load datasurce ..." then i edit admin.config and add to classpath the
path of jdbc
(../OraHome/jdbc/lib/classes12.zip) . The problem solved but now i get

After all error was open_for_ebusnis , but then restart himself and
again....

Someone now about this problem ??
