Failed to start the transaction association

I'm trying to use 2 datasources in one transaction. I have a Session Bean with container managed transactions and a transaction attribute of "Required". This Session Bean gets my defined datasources, both of which use their appropriated XA Datasource classes, however when I attempt to use the connection from these datasources I get an exception. I'm using Oracle and AS400 datasources and for Oracle I've made sure that the initxa.sql script has been run to enable xa support. My SystemOut.log contains the following stacktrace:
