adminclient unable to up and running

Hi
I am getting the following error when I start my adminclient. any idea?. I
have noticed my logs showing that server already started, but I am not able
to get my admin console up in HP-Unix. any body have noticed?

Kumar,

Under Win2K/XP, there is an admin server component that is started.

I would think that something similar should be up and running Unix.
