Hi!

I am running adminclient.bat on Win2K to access WebSphere on AIX. The
screen only shows

1/18/01 5:30 PM : Loading ...

no [+] can be clicked for "WebSphere Administrative Domain"

Then I switch to debug mode, using "adminclient debug IBMH70B", the same
result
and the console loops for something like:

What else can I do?

Thanks

This can happen if you have different versions of software on the client and
server, e.g. 3.5.2 server, 3.5.0 client.

When you install the 3.5.2 fixpack on just an admin console installation,
you need to create file admin.config in the bin directory of your install
dir (c:\websphere\appserver\bin). Contents of file don't matter. Then just
reinstall the fixpack answering with the letter y any questions to do with
backup jars already existing. This item is in the 3.5.2 release notes.
