Error when upgrading WAS 5.0 to 5.0.2

I get the following error when I try to start the server.

I faced this problem before.
From the IBM support, they said my WAS 5 is a base +enterprise version.
Thus need to apply Base fixpack and then apply Enterprise version fixpack.
