Help, I get the error "JSAS0240E: Login failed." when starting my testenvironment in WSAD V4.02 running W2K.

testenvironment in WSAD V4.02 running W2K.
When I enables security in server-cfg.xml and restarts my server from
WSAD it is not able to authenticate the userId and Password.
Have enyone had the same problem or know how to get around it or know
why it is happenign.
None of the fixes listed previously solved the problem.
