CTGDJE051E Could not store the synchronization state in the System Store

Hi,
I have TDI 7 fixpack 5 on win 2003
I am having a intermittent issue with my TDI assembly lines where It
runs fine for week then sometime i get these messages below :

I've never seen this one before...
Suggest you open a PMR with our L2 support wizards.
