Below is Domain Controller Security Policy and Domain Security Policy
setting:
Enforce password history = 0
Maximum password age = 0
Minimum password age = 0
Password must meet complexity requirements = disabled
Store password using reversible encryption = disabled
I suspect the issue cause by misconfigure TDI plug-in and TDI Plug-in
unable to synchronize the intercepted password to TAM.
