Zebra MP6200 Flatbed won't Weigh

Hello friends,

I've received a demo Zebra MP6200 flatbed scale/scanner from the Manufacturer... am trying to bring it up in my lab:

USB Power Plus connected to SurePOS 743; the scanner worked right off the bat, the scale is online kinda, but not working...

On the customer display, the Scale display frame reads "---"

If I physically disconnect the Zebra, the Scale display frame changes to "NO SCALE" so I'm pretty confident that they're talking at some level.

Placing a weight on the scale and ringing a weighted item causes a B033 – SCALE ERROR CLEAR/RETRY error.  If I press Clear and try to key enter a weight, I get the same error...

So, not only is the Scale not sending data, but it's interfering with the weight data input from the Keyboard as well?

Anybody worked with one of these?

Sorry for the delay in my answer. I have worked with these scales at a customer that has installed them in almost 200 stores. The one thing that we have found is that the scale must be calibrated before it will ever work.
