Until we can send an update for the issue of not being able to upload templates to the cloud, that have previously come from the cloud. Which could be up to 14 days due to Apples review process, we have found a work around to be able to upload templates to the cloud. You will need the CSV export add-on to be able to do this.
  1. Go to the audits tab and find an audit that uses the template that you would like to upload to the cloud.
  2. Tap the export button on the right hand side to open the exporting settings
  3. Make sure that the Template CSV option is ticked, you don't need any of the other options ticked.
  4. Hit send and export the CSV file and email it so you can open the file on a computer that has excel.
  5. Open the CSV file in Excel
  6. CLEAR the contents in cells 2A and 2B. DO NOT DELETE THAT ROW.
  7. That should be 'id' and a large lot of numbers and letters like '54C05C08-4CC1-48EC-BCA3-A410B4C1D578-472-000001F0C5B37EDA'
  8. Save that CSV file and email it back to your email that you can open on your ipad.
  9. Open the email and hold your finger on the file until a box appears, choose 'Open in iAuditor'
  10. You might want to change the name of the template so you can identify it from the original when it is imported.
  11. Tap save
  12. Go to your templates tab and find the template you just imported.
  13. Tap the cloud button on the right hand side.
  14. Edit your template details so you and others in your organisation can find the template
  15. Tap the share button.
  16. Hopefully you receive the "Success" message.
Regards,
Tony
