Help with a laser project

I haven't officially joined yet but Mike Fink graciously trained me on the laser. Unfortunately I hadn't brought any files with me at the time and yesterday during "open hours" I was trying to engrave something and had absolutely no luck at all. Anyone who is laser trained willing to help me out? I've done plenty of laser engraving before but on a different laser with different software, so I'm sure "technically" my file should be okay, but I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. I'm pretty much available any night you want so let me know.
