nodejs driver will not install with npm install hyperdex-client

Hyperdex looks like it has great features / future

however I see the nodejs bindings have not been touched in the last 7 months

and I can't install the npm driver

No package 'libhyperleveldb' found

where can I download or how to install this package ?
