Nous sommes maintenant à moins de deux mois du début du Forum RWSN à Abdjan (29 novembre - 2 décembre 2016). Le Forum RWSN est le seul évènement global qui rassemble 500-600 personnes des gouvernements nationaux et locaux, ONG, bailleurs, chercheurs, agences de l'ONU et organisations communautaires. Le Forum n'a lieu qu'une fois tous les 5 ans, et c'est une période critique pour influencer la manière dont les organisations déterminent leurs politiques et leur financement pour atteindre les Objectifs de Développement Durable.

Présentations & Programme

Nous sommes en train de finaliser le programme, qui grâce aux contributions reçues à travers notre Appel Ouvert est riche en contenu intéressant. Réservations & Logistiques

• Veuillez vous inscrire et payer les frais d'inscription avant le 15 octobre pour être sur de payer le tarif normal de €600. Après le 16 octobre, le tarif dernière minute de €700 sera en vigueur.  Vous pouvez payer en ligne ou faire un transfert bancaire:  https://www.conference-service.com/RWSN7/
• Veillez également à réserver votre hôtel et billet d'avion rapidement. Vous pouvez rester dans l'hôtel où le Forum a lieu (Radisson Blu Abidjan Airport) ou n'importe quel hôtel de cette liste : https://rwsn7-fr.net/participer/voyage-accommodation/  .Veillez à vérifier les conditions de sécurité auprès de votre organisation.
• Vous devez également vérifier si vous avez besoin d'un visa pour entrer en Côte d’Ivoire. Pour la plupart des nationalités, postuler pour un e-visa en ligne est la procédure la plus simple. Vous trouverez plus de détails ici: https://rwsn7-fr.net/participer/voyage-accommodation/
• Un certificat de vaccination pour la fièvre jaune peut vous être demandé pour entrer en Côte d'Ivoire, donc veillez à prendre votre carnet de vaccinations international avec vous.

Dear members of RWSN,

We are now less than two months away from the start of the RWSN Forum in Abidjan (29 Nov - 2 Dec 2016). The RWSN Forum is the only global event that brings together 500-600 staff from national and local government, NGOs, donors, researchers, UN agencies and community organisations. The Forum only happens every 5 years and this is a critical period for influencing how major organisations set their policies and funding for tackling the Sustainable Development Goals.

We are in the process of finalising the programme, and thanks to the contributions received through our Open Call it is looking really strong. Booking & Logistics

Please make sure that you have completed your registration and payment for the RWSN Forum by 15^th October to take advantage of €600 registration fee. From 16^th October onwards, the late registration fee of €700 will apply.  You can pay online on bank transfer via your account on https://www.conference-service.com/RWSN7/

·         Make sure that you book your hotel and flight in good time. You can stay at the Forum venue (Radisson Blu Abidjan Airport) or any of the hotels on the list found here: https://rwsn7.net/participate/travel-accommodation/. Please check with your organization before selecting your hotel to ensure it meets their security standards, if applicable.

·         You will need to check whether you need a visa to enter Cote d’Ivoire. For most nationalities, applying online for an e-visa is the most straightforward method. Further details here: https://rwsn7.net/participate/travel-accommodation/

·         A Yellow Fever vaccination certificate is required for entry to Cote d’Ivoire, so please check your immunisations well in advance of coming.

Financial support to attend
