My answer is "yes" to both your questions

Also, we have an interesting topic developped through the EDV crisis, called the CLEME approach, which looks like a CLTS approach adapted to EVD. 

It may be interesting to publish it in a next newsletter...

I cc Sacha Greenberg and Amelie Cardon who can share some docs on CLEME with you and explore the option of publishing in the HP newsletter on the topic
