I’d like to bring to your attention this advertised tender for “Global evaluation of UNICEF's Drinking Water Supply Programming in Rural Areas and Small Towns” http://www.unicef.org/evaluation/index_90364.html
Communicating an intention to bid must be sent via email by 16 March 2016 to Jeremie Toubkiss jtou...@unicef.org , copied to Dalma Rivero dri...@unicef.org . Any questions, requests for information/clarification must be sent no later than 25 March 2016 also to Jeremie Toubkiss, copied to Dalma Rivero.
Full proposals should be submitted in English and must be sent by email to nysdb...@unicef.org by 11 April 2016 no later than 16:00 hours New York time. It is anticipated that the contract will be awarded in April and commence in May.
UNICEF is a key RWSN partner so a high quality evaluation is important to us.
