French speaker needed for a cholera preparedness consultancy in Bangui

I am looking urgently for a cholera preparedness consultant. (CRS consultancy for the WASH Cluster)

 I need someone:

-          Who speaks French

-          Can organize trainings in chlorination, hygiene promotion

-          Lead the technical working group

-          Do evaluation (CTC preparedness…)

 

It is ASAP, for 2 months, based in Bangui….anyone in mind?
