[rwsn] RWSN Forum update: Exhibition, program and more / Forum RWSN: Expo, programme et autre

Dear members of RWSN/ Chers membres du RWSN (en français ci-dessous),

With less than three months left until the RWSN Forum in Abidjan, the programme is shaping up: we now have close to 100 participants registered and paid, and most of the sponsored seminars are confirmed (see this page to find out more) . If you haven't yet registered, you can find out how to do so here.

But first, an important date - all authors which have submitted contributions that were accepted with minor or major changes have until midnight on September 1st to re-submit their contribution through our online platform. These will then be re-evaluated and either accepted for presentation at the Forum or declined. Thanks to all authors who have already submitted their revised contributions!

We are also pleased to announce that reservations for the exhibition are now open. Please follow this link to find out more information about the types of booths available and their prices.

All exhibition booth prices include 1 participant’s registration per booth. As an exhibition participant, you are entitled to attend all of the RWSN Forum talks and activities. Please ensure you follow the procedure described below to reserve your booth:

1. Email the organizers with your top 3 booth locations (ruralwater[at]skat.ch) to confirm booth location availability, based on the RWSN Forum exhibition plan which you can find on our website.
2. Once your booth location is confirmed, proceed to the online registration platform where you will be able to finalize payment for your booth. (tab: For exhibition organizers).

Il reste maintenant un peu moins de trois mois avant le Forum RWSN à Abidjan, et le programme commence à prendre forme: nous avons près de 100 participants qui ont confirmé et payé pour leur inscription, et la plupart des séminaires sponsorisés sont définis (voir cette page pour plus d'informations) . Si vous ne vous êtes pas encore inscrit, vous pouvez trouver plus d'informations ici.

Mais tout d'abord, une date importante - tous les auteurs qui ont soumis des contributions qui ont été acceptées avec changement mineurs ou majeurs ont jusqu'à minuit le 1er septembre pour soumettre de nouveau leurs contributions à travers notre notre plateforme en ligne. Celles-ci seront ré-évaluées et soit acceptées pour présentation au Forum ou déclinées. Merci à tous les auteurs qui ont déjà soumis leurs contributions révisées !

 

Nous sommes également heureux d'annoncer que les réservations pour les stands de l'expo au Forum RWSN sont maintenant ouvertes. Pour en savoir plus sur les types de stands et leurs prix, veuillez suivre ce lien.

 

Tous les prix des stands pour l'expo incluent l'inscription d'1 participant par stand. En tant que participant ayant un stand à l'expo, vous avez le droit d'assister à toutes les activités et les présentations du Forum. Veuillez vous assurer de bien suivre la procédure décrite ci-dessous pour réserver votre stand:

1. Envoyez un email aux organisateurs avec vos trois emplacement préférés (ruralwater[at]skat.ch) pour confirmer la disponibilité de votre emplacement, en vous basant sur le plan de l'expo du RWSN Forum qui est sur notre site. 
2. Une fois votre emplacement confirmé, veuillez finaliser le paiement pour votre stand à travers notre plateforme en ligne (onglet: pour les exposants).
