[rwsn] [RWSN Forum] Submitting your contributions for the RWSN Forum/ Comment soumettre vos contributions au Forum RWSN

We are now less than a month away from the closing date for submissions of contributions to the 7th RWSN Forum, to be held in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, from November 29th to December 2nd, 2016. We have received some great contributions so far and a number of questions on the submission process, which we want to clarify:
The philosophy of the Forum is that everyone, whether working as a hand pump mechanic or in a Ministry, should have an equal opportunity to make their ideas and experiences heard at the Forum. That is why all presentations at the Forum will be based on short or long papers which will have been peer-reviewed through our Open Call for Contributions, closing on April 30th, 2016. The themes are outlined on our website and these are the requirements for submission:
- For short and long papers: authors must submit a draft paper by April 30th using the attached Form through our online conference platform. There will be an opportunity to revise the papers after receiving feedback from the peer reviewers. Support will be provided to those who need it, and a limited number of authors will be encouraged to take part in the online RWSN "Writing for Water" course that starts in June (http://campus.cap-net.org/course/writing-for-water/) .
- For posters, illustrations and short films, authors can submit their finished work (or a text description of their contributions) through our online conference platform, also by April 30th, 2016.
o Posters and illustrations to be submitted as a PDF (.pdf)
o The short film should submitted in a mpeg (.mpg), or similar, format via:
§ DVD disk or USB stick posted to Sean Furey, Skat Foundation, Vadianstrasse 42, St Gallen, CH-9000, Switzerland
§ Online large file sharing systems (Dropbox, GoogleDrive etc) include a link in the description text of your submission.

Nous sommes maintenant à moins d'un mois de la date de clôture pour envoyer vos contributions au 7ème Forum RWSN, qui aura lieu à Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, du 29 novembre au 2 décembre 2016. Nous avons reçu d'excellentes contributions ainsi qu'un nombre de questions sur le processus, que nous voulons clarifier:
La philosophie du Forum est que tous les participants, qu'ils travaillent en tant que mécanicien de pompe ou dans un Ministère, doivent avoir la même opportunité de s'exprimer et de présenter leurs idées au Forum. C'est pour cela que toutes les présentations du Forum seront basées sur les articles longs et courts qui ont été soumis et évalués à travers l'Appel Ouvert à Contributions, qui sera clôt le 30 avril 2016. Les thèmes du Forum sont décrits sur notre site et les critères de soumission expliqués ci-dessous:
- Pour les articles courts et longs: les auteurs doivent soumettre une première version de leur article avant le 30 avril en utilisant le formulaire ci-joint à travers notre plateforme de conférence en ligne. Vous aurez l'occasion de faire des révisions dans un deuxième temps, après avoir reçu les commentaires des évaluateurs. Nous nous efforcerons d'aider ceux qui en ont besoin, et nous encouragerons un nombre limité d'auteurs à prendre part au cours du RWSN en ligne "Writing for Water" qui commence en juin (et qui pour l'instant n'est disponible qu'en anglais) : http://campus.cap-net.org/course/writing-for-water/ .
- Pour les posters, illustrations et court-métrages, les auteurs peuvent soumettre leurs travaux finis (ou une description de leurs contributions) à travers notre plateforme de conférence en ligne, également avant le 30 avril 2016.
o Les posters et les illustrations doivent être soumis sous le format PDF (.pdf)
o Les court-métrages doivent être soumis sous format mpeg (.mpg), ou un format similaire via:
§ DVD ou clé USB envoyé à Sean Furey, Skat Foundation, Vadianstrasse 42, St Gallen, CH-9000, Suisse
§ A travers un système de partage de fichiers (Dropbox, GoogleDrive etc) en incluant le lien dans la description de votre contribution soumise à travers la plateforme de conférence en ligne.
