Disable Blender, output stacked pano without blending

I've been trying to figure this out for a while,

How do I get Hugin to output just a pano of stacked photos without blending? I don't need seamless blending. I want hugin just to align the phots and stack them in the order of the stack number.

This is for science application. I don't need a seamless blend.
