Hue app with non hue bulbs / RGB lights

I actually use several apps to control my hue bulbs. 

Over than the hue bulbs, I also have 10 led candles with RF remote, that I control with my logitech harmony and a ir-rf bridge developed with an arduino. 

My idea is to add the led candles as hue bulbs by means of a gateway developed on arduino (or raspberry). 

Is there any library that can be used to add a virtual bulb to the hue bridge?
