Can't figure out kernel panic

I updated my Shuttle SG31V2 to 10.6.6 and it seemed to go well, but I
did get the occasional kernel panic, now I have had 3 this morning.
They occur at no particular time or activity. I am at a loss as to
what could be causing this. I don't understand most of the errors in
Console, but it seems that they always seem to reference
"com.apple.UserEventAgent-LoginWindow[90] ALF error: cannot find
useragent 1102". Searching on these issues yielded nothing. Any
ideas?

Maybe this is pertinent info, maybe not.

The boot hard disk has 2 partitions. The one I boot too I just
noticed *didn't* have the DSDT (Peter's) or SMBIOS.kext in /Extra. The
other one does.

First, I didn't know the machine would run without the DSDT and the
SMBIOS, well I am not sure what that would have shown me.

I copied the DSDT and the SMBIOS to /Extra, rebuilt the cache, etc,
and rebooted.

I haven't had a kernel panic since this mornings post, so we'll see
how this goes. I did notice that the time from the end of the boot to
a usable desktop is just about 4-5 seconds, a noticeable improvement.
