Salut tout le monde,
Le club CAMO Hockey Sous-Marin de Montréal est fier d’annoncer la venue de son 10e tournoi annuel ! Le tournoi sera du type 4 contre 4 avec les divisions A et B.
Comme nous avons déjà été contactés par de nouveaux clubs amenant de nouvelles équipes, et afin que nous puissions planifier en conséquence, veuillez svp
1- Le plus tôt possible, nous faire part de votre intention d’inscrire une équipe et dans quelle division elle évoluerait (en cas d’un trop grand nombre d’équipes … premiers payés, premiers servis)
2- Avant le 15 février, remplir le formulaire attaché et nous le retourner
3- Avant le 15 février, payer votre inscription (voir plus bas)
Quand ?
20-21 février 2016. Et vous êtes bien sûr les bienvenus pour la pratique régulière du vendredi soir, 20h00-22h30, à la même piscine.

- Utilisez l’option « envoyer de l’argent à un ami » à partir d’un Paypal relié à un compte bancaire pour éviter les frais. S’il y a des frais je refuserai la transaction et vous ne serez toujours pas inscrits officiellement.

Montreal’s CAMO Underwater Hockey club is proud to announce its 10th annual tournament ! The tournament will be 4 on 4 with A and B divisions.
Since we already got approached by new clubs wanting to register new teams this year, and to help us plan accordingly, please
1- As soon as possible, write us about your intent of sending a team and in which division it would play (in case there are too many teams wanting to register … first paid, first served)
2- Before February 15, fill out the attached registration file and send it back to us
3- Before February 15, pay your registration (see below)

February 20-21, 2016. And you’re welcome to attend Friday’s regular practice 8:00pm-10:30pm, same pool.
