Guelph Flounders Present the 26th annual College Royal Tournament 2015

Hi all interested underwater hockey clubs and members,

You may have already heard we are hosting our College Royal underwater hockey tournament on Saturday March 21st 2015. This is just a broad general email in order to convey this to as many teams as possible. I apologize is some of you relieve multiple emails but we wanted to cover all of our bases. If you are not currently a team captain or involved with a club anymore feel free to tell me and if possible forward me the address of someone more appropriate.

Anyways down to Brass tax, Our tournament is SATURDAY MARCH 21st this year We have decided on hosting a maximum of 16 teams so the sign up will be on a first come first serve basis. Although subject to change currently we have estimated the cost at about $420 per team which is only $35 per person for a team of 12 and $42 dollars for a team of 10. The tournament format has not been finalized but we think we will be going back to the 2 divisions "A and B" With the A division being for the higher caliber Teams, you can choose the division you wish to compete but we maintain the right to have the final say in order to ensure fair competition.

The tournament itself should function like it has in previous years with our pool time being from 7:30am to 6:30 pm. The Banquet following being at the Stampede Ranch(the usual place) at 7:30pm and will be included in the tournament fee. There will also be an after-party afterwards at a to be determined location.

We will be emailing a more official e-mail and further information in the near future as we get closer to the date. If anyone has any suggestions or requests for things you would like to see at this years tournament feel free to email us. Additionally if teams could please get back to us if they are interested as soon as they can so we can finalize numbers we would be thankful.

Hi, everyone

I hope you are all getting excited for our tournament fast approaching next Saturday March 21st. Just some quick announcements that our deadline for registration will be This Tuesday March 17th. The schedule will be out shortly there after so it will be your last chance to finalize what division you are in. I would like everyone as well to submit your full roster list to me ASAP! So we can make sure you have enough banquet tickets. Speaking of the banquet it is Back at the Ranch and will be served at 7PM with Awards taking Place after.

As I said the schedule is still being tweaked and finalized so please contact me with all your team info andif you have any free agents so
I can find them a team quickly.

I have attached a PDF with maps to the pool as well as the Banquet. I am also Pleased to announce that there will be an awesome 80's themed after party so don't forget to dress up.
