I do like this boot alot

I have bought Vasque boots before and always been happy with them. These boots looked like they would have great ankle support because of the height. I appreciate good support because I broke an ankle ten years ago that still haunts me. The reviews on the order page made it sound like getting a proper fit might be impossible but I gave it a shot. I ordered the size I always order for a hiking boot like this. They fit perfectly. A boot like this will generally take a little more breaking in time and this one did. After 20 hours in them they felt good. They are a warm boot but winter is coming. I like this boot. ( the shoelaces could have been better but that is an easy fix )
