Loving it so far...

I have been hiking the ADK 46 with the wife. I have been using the Merrel Moab(?). Started thinking I wasn't getting the protection and support I need to get through a tougher more technical hike. Started looking around and found this company. I saw the boot in a store and decided to try it out. I have been wearing around the house and yard so far and I love wearing them. Very comfortable and supportive. I see that some I have said they needed a break in period however I feel like I could go on a hike right now with them.
I will follow up after doing one of the tougher hikes in the ADK on July 19th.

Owned yellowstone II and decided to try something new.

I absolutely love these shoes!! I have owned a pair of Oboz Yellowstone II and these have superior breathability and support. I still love the yellowstones tho. I work at a ski resort and my I am outside for 99% of my job in wet conditions. I wore them for the first time today and they were amazing. It dumped snow all day and my feet stayed warm and dry. My feet tend to sweat alot too when I am active and my feet were dry. This boot breathes very well. I cant wait to try it out in Wyoming this summer!!

Tough enough for the TMB.

I recently went on a 11 day trek of the TMB in the Alps. I took my Oboz on the trip and could not have been more pleased. These boots worked like a champ. 120 miles and not a blister - unfortunately my trekking partners could not say the same (I was the only one with the Oboz). During the trip, we had 3 days hiking in the snow and rain. My feet stayed dry and comfortable. Light enough for day hikes and sturdy enough for the long treks. Unfortunately, I lost my boots in our house fire right after my return. Not surprisingly, I replaced them as soon as fast as I could!
