The Perfect Shoe!

After spending a ridiculous amount of time researching shoes, I finally stumbled upon the Teva Kimtah WP hiking shoe. First off, I have a very difficult time finding shoes due to my feet being rather long and wide. Naturally, none of my area shoe stores carry any shoe sizes beyond size 12 regular. I initially had my heart set on a pair of Merrell Sights, but for some reason they just didn’t fit very well (curse of the wide foot). I had read some good things about Teva, so I thought I’d give them a try. Although Teva doesn’t offer wide sizes, I found the Kimtah size 14 regular to be perfect for my feet. (I usually wear 13 wide). Success! I finally found a pair of shoes that fit well, are comfortable, and don’t look like clown shoes. Plus, they are waterproof. These shoes look great with jeans and also with a pair of khakis. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great casual shoe.

Great shoes. A little stiff out of the box but they break in pretty quick. Look good enough for work and everyday wear.
Edit: I've had these for a few months now and wear them every day. They have broken in well and are incredibly comfortable. They are also holding up well. The sewn on toe cap is a nice touch and should hold up longer than one that is only glued on.

Comfortable Shoe

Teva makes a great shoe for hiking or walking. Good for golfing too! This is my third pair. Always order one size larger than normal for a proper fit.
