Great waterproof boot!

I am not a hiker, but I do like the idea of waterproof footwear. I tried some New Balance gortex shoes and they broke down after a few months, they looked ratty and the rubber was peeling off the sole, (same thing happened to my brother's pair so I think I'm done with them) , so I'm looking for something with better quality.
So far this boot fits the bill. the feel stable yet not heavy or bulky like some boots, the feel more like sturdy sneakers .Good traction and balance.
The color is a bit more black than the image appears. seems the lighting in some of the pictures give a bit of a washed black or dark grey tone. I am happy they are a bit more black than they appear so I figure it is worth the mention. The red thread is a nice touch. They look sharp.
I've walked in snow, mud, and many puddles while my feet stay dry and comfortable.They clean up nice and easy as well.
Right now I'm wearing them as my every day shoe.
They feel sturdy for every day
walking and on rough terrain.
I have very flat feet and I need to use inserts. I was able to use them in these boots with no trouble. The sturdy build helps a lot.
The default inserts were a bit lackluster and would be the only part that was not outstanding ,but I have seen far poorer out there. I am sure they are fine for most people and anyone who tends to use custom or aftermarket inserts would only want to know that they can fit theirs inside. I picked my most common size and they fit great.

Great looking shoe

The size is not U.S., more like a size 8 EU. as listed on the shoe's tag. But a very nice looking shoe.
