Better than I had anticipated...
By David Pershing
I am not a huge fan of ordering shoes online and really had to work up the courage to order these. I have diabetic neuropathy in both feet and have struggled to find a pair of shoes that wouldn't make my feet ache at the end of the day. While not technically in Propet's diabetic footwear line, it has many of the characteristics that make a good diabetic shoe. My feet are closer to 4E than 5E, but the extra room in the boot allows me to wear thick socks so I can keep my feet warm. They could use just a little more room in the toe box, but there is enough to keep my toes from crowding and rubbing together. My feet are almost flat, so the low arch in these boots provide enough support to keep my feet from hurting after being on them all day. If you have a high arch that needs lots of support, you're probably going to need arch support inserts with these boots. The materials all appear to be of high quality as I have not run into issues from the construction. One word of caution -
these are hiking boots and have a pretty aggressive tread on the bottom that mud (and other sticky stuff) will cling to. If you're not careful, you'll track mud, snow, dog doo, etc into the house without meaning to. They do clean off easily if you remember to wipe your feet at the door.

A bit larger than expected
By Mody Dinner
I have wide feet and I usually have problems finding the right shoes. I had tried the Propet Henri in 5E and knew it was perfect. However I bought these boots a half size longer, as you expect you need more room to fit thick sucks. Apparently, Propet has thought about it themselves and added that extra space in their cut. So, in reality, I should have bought my exact size and maybe it is not Propet's fault. Otherwise, they are very comfy and I like them for the few times I have used them. Time will tell if they last too.

Great shoe
By Dave M.
When I first put these boots on I wasn't so sure about the size. They seemed narrow in size. But that day unexpectedly I ended up walking a mile around a track. After that I couldn't believe just how comfortable they are. And very light. I wouldn't wear these to work but for walking they are awesome. Glad I didn't get the next size wider in width. I haven't tried out the waterproof but if it turns out bad I will update the review.
