new (or old) psummary update doesn't work

Hello all,

I'm running HFM.NET v0.9.5 rev 478
Whenever I attempt to retrieve psummary (either old or new) :

http://fah-web.stanford.edu/new/psummary.html
http://fah-web.stanford.edu/psummary.html

I get the following message (attached)

The correct address is now: http://assign.stanford.edu/api/project/summary

Yes, the old psummary addresses will no longer work.  This is expexted.  Your existing settings should have been updated to this url.  However, I forgot to set the default value for new installations.  I've fixed this in the source and it will default correctly when I release the next build.
