Version 1.0.3 and updated vnext pushed to Github

Hello,

I updated the master (stable) and vnext branches.

• Version 1.0.3 has been pushed to master. It has a fix for a bug in 1.0.2 which prevented normal viewing and clearing of peer/source errors in the web UI.
  
• New code has been pushed to vnext which fixes issue 4. There should be no change in behavior, but it is a really big refactor. If you are editing code right now and plan to contribute it back, I recommend you fetch vnext and merge the changes locally.
