What files/directories do I need to back-up in case my policy hub fails? I have been backing-up the masterfiles, but I'm wondering if I need to back-up ppkeys for the server, all the clients, etc.

Has anyone else had to do this?

You should back up at least:

- /var/cfengine/ppkeys (to preserve trust with all your hosts)
- The hubs IP address and hostname
- /var/cfengine/masterfiles (if it's not already in a repository, but you should put it in version control)
