4. Draft Refund Formats

It has been uploaded here -  (Draft formats for discussion) -  in the GSTplus Help section. A community discussion topic has been started here.  Please give your thoughts and comments by 28th September 2016 so that the same can be shared with CBEC and GSTN. (be amongst the first to write).
