About the Founders:

The Company is founded by two IITians, with significant industry experience. 

Deep Chakraborty is the Co-Founder and CEO of ENACT. Before that, Deep was CEO of Centrosolar’s North American solar business, 10 years experience in automotive industry and management consulting in US & Europe. 

Manasij Kar is the Co-Founder and the COO of ENACT. Prior to that, Manasij was the Director of Q-Cells India solar business, earlier at i2 Technologies USA leading solution sales and PriceWaterhouse Coopers

Overview of the Job:

You will be responsible for requirements analysis, designs & prototypes, coding & implementation, bug fixing and product release.

 

Apart from designing &coding the features owned by yourself, you will be expected to work with a team of bright developers throughout the product life cycle right from product's feature inception to delivery.

 

You are expected to work in a highly agile development environments with high expectations on code quality and continuous delivery requirements.

 

You are expected to be very 'hands on' and an excellent team player with good oral and written communication skills. You are expected to be a self-driven and goal oriented person.

 

This role will allow you to work with product management, development teams to design, build and deploy scalable software architecture.

Experience and Skills required for the Job.

·         4 years (4+) experience with J2SEE/J2EE, Core Java, Servlet, JQuery web development skills (essential)

·         Must be hands on for designing and coding (essential)

·         Excellent Debugging skills using Java debugging tools (essential)

·         Web Services/REST skills (essential)

·         Two years (2+) experience in Software or System architecture design (desirable)

·         Application Integration experience (desirable)

·         Unix experience (desirable)

·         Development of automation test frameworks (desirable)

·         Excellent team player (essential)

·         Good communication skills to interact with team and management

·         B.E. with 4-6 years of work experience is required.
