My friend in Bangalore is looking for someone who can work on Elgg and develop some custom themes and plugins for him based out of Bangalore. If you work on Elgg and have the bandwidth to take up a new project please comment below and let me know. I will connect you directly to him.

Here is a list if his requirements

1. Create a good mobile theme, nothing too fancy but a responsive one.
   
2. Deployment configuration on AWS
   
• HTTPS config 
• Email config for Invite Plugin
• Load Balanced Deployment Configuration.
