Anyone brace enough to walk along the towpath will have seen a huge branch of the willow down in the water. It is still fixed to the trunk and splitting it, so that a huge branch on the other side is sagging, splitting, and about to crash into the canal and onto the garden of 19. Please exhort the canal authority. It could fall onto a boat and the branch is a foot thick at least, and long. I have phoned to report it and to ask for help but please back me up before an accident occurs
