another parking permit crisis

Dear friends, here is another appeal - we haven't yet got our new permits and the nice man who is fumigating our oven needs a permit for the last hour 3-4 pm.

At the moment he is safe in a public slot.

Please does anybody have a spare permit they could let us have in such an emergency?
