New day-time Pilates classes in St Gregory's Church Hall, Woodstock Road, led by qualified teacher Jackie Bryon (jaca...@gmail.com) :

 

Thursdays 11 am–12 noon, for the Older Adult. £6 per session, or £30 for a block booking of 6 sessions which can be used within 8 weeks from the date of payment. Booking essential.

Fridays 11 am–12 noon, for general Beginners. £7 per session or £40 for a block booking of 6 sessions, also to be used within 8 weeks. Booking not essential.

 

Mats are provided, but bring your own if you have one.
