Dear Hayfield Roaders
It's time again for the Christmas Party and it'll be held as usual in the
back room of St Margaret's Institute on Sunday 10th December from 4-6pm.
We'll set up from 3pm.
It'd be lovely to see you there. It's a good opportunity to meet up with
our friends and neighbours and welcome new arrivals to the street.
It would be great to have some help with these tasks:
- loan of Christmas/fairy lights to decorate the hall & be prepared to bring
them early to set up at 3pm
- some ivy and branches of holly to decorate the hall at 3pm
We have fun meeting up and bringing nice plates of food to share but if
anyone has some other ideas to make the party go with a swing do let me
know...
I'd like to ask if anyone plays the piano enough to accompany two or three
carols if we felt inspired to break into song?
