Haxe setup not working

Hello,

I’ve tried many times to run haxelib setup in terminal, so Xcode can will work with haxe, but It just doesn’t work. The default path doesn’t work, and when I set the path to where haxelib is ( usr/local/lib/haxe ) Xcode still doesn’t recognize that I’ve run haxelib setup.  Can you advise on this?

3.2.1 was supposed to solve the issue of el capitan install, but it doesn’t seem to have.
