optimizing feature request

Hi haxers and core team,


@:extern applied to recursive inline functions dont work, but on "non @:extern" they will.

1. Is it possible for haxe to detect recursive functions?
2. Is it possible for haxe to detect @:extern tag?
3. Can haxe automatically switch off inline on recursive functions when @:extern is detected?
