Neko Crashes with DateTools.Format("%T") on Windows

Hi,

I opened an issue on GitHub about a crash in Neko when I try to use DateTools.format("%T") on Windows. (I verified this on three separate Windows installations; it works fine across multiple Ubuntu VMs.)

Can someone please take a look at this?  It's a pretty big issue (app crashes) and it's forcing me to do everything in a Linux VM.
