New version of ingest tools posted

Hi,

A new version of the ingest tools is posted at:

http://www.hathitrust.org/sites/www.hathitrust.org/files/ingest_tools/HTFeed-v1.1.1.tar.gz

The included INSTALL document lists all prerequisites and gives
detailed instructions for installation on Linux and Mac OS X.
The included README document gives an overview of the code and how to
get started using the tools for validation and SIP creation.

Notable changes:

- Improved Makefile.PL, installation & testing robustness
- Improved portability for Mac OS X, RedHat 5
- Add new sample scripts for validation & SIP generation
- Added information to README on namespaces, included sample scripts,
and JPEG2000 compression
- Support HathiTrust METS profile version 2.0

- Many bug fixes
