thanks :)
As you said, the sorting and combining of what I brought with TAMI's current stock is still a work in progress. basically I bought almost 100 types of bolts, nuts, washers etc (either 100pcs or 250pcs of each type, as made the most sense price-wise). I focused on M2 / M3 / M4, *stainless* good quality Allen bolts, nuts and washers, as well as some less common but useful stuff like nyloc nuts, half-height nuts and wing nuts. I also brought a bunch of extras from my personal stock where I had a lot of, including some M6 and M8 sized hardware.
some people have promised to partake in the funding of this (see earlier in the thread), and I'm counting on this... also, the promised funds don't cover all the costs (e.g. the plastic organizers Yair mentioned total 450 NIS) so I'd appreciate anyone else who wants to participate in funding this. I promise if I get any extra money beyond what I spent (unlikely?) I will follow up with a second purchase. you can paypal to guy (at) orcontech (nekuda) com, or just bring cash if/when we meet.
next in line: buy and use organizers for the wood screws and possibly the nails and the anchors ("dibelim"). I'm not sure that we need to purchase more of these screws (we'll know for sure once they are organized) but putting them in organizers will definitely make them much more useful.
one last thing: please, PLEASE treat the bolt organizers with respect, a lot of work and of a bunch of our $$ are invested in them. put everything back in place, do not mix types and of course be careful not to drop them...
